JungOcean (jungocean.com) is a free online personality assessment that blends C.G. Jung's typology theories with the modern, scientifically validated Big Five (OCEAN) model of personality. It maps your responses onto both frameworks so you can explore your cognitive preferences and personality traits side by side.
The Scientific Basis
The Big Five (OCEAN) dimensions used throughout this site are grounded in the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP), an open scientific project widely used in personality psychology research. Jungian typology is treated as a complementary, qualitative lens for describing cognitive preferences and is not itself a clinical or diagnostic instrument.
